Feasibility Studies are often based on readily available information and are typically a high-level consideration of a project’s viability on a particular site or sites.  Studying options can be as simple as exploring alternatives for one program on one site or made more complex by considering program variations on multiple sites. Feasibility studies enable informed decisions to be made regarding land acquisition, a particular development program and project budget.
